Overview: We are looking for a young and energetic Optometrist based in Goa to support the outreach efforts through eye screening camps. The ideal candidate should be passionate about community engagement, comfortable with fieldwork, and able to independently identify and pursue opportunities for conducting eye screening camps. This role also serves as a stepping stone into a permanent store-based optometrist role post-evaluation. Job Responsibilities: Identify opportunities and venues to conduct eye screening camps (industries, schools, colleges, government/private offices). Visit potential camp locations and secure formal permissions for conducting eye screenings. Coordinate with the local store team to conduct the eye screening camps. Ensure leads are generated and shared with the respective store teams for follow-up and conversion. Track and report daily productivity and insights. After 3 months, redeployment to a retail store may be considered based on performance and business decisions. Candidate Requirements: Education: Degree/Diploma in Optometry. Experience: 1–3 years. Male candidate preferred for ease of travel and field mobility. Must own a two-wheeler for commuting. Energetic, self-motivated, and confident in conducting outreach activities.
