Job Summary/Purpose The Global Specialist, Business Analyst Pipeline & Portfolio reports to the Global Head, Regulatory, Patient Safety and Pipeline & Portfolio Solutions. The role act as an advisor providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate Technology teams to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value. Your Key Responsibilities Providing guidance to improve global business processes, products, services, and software through data and feedback analysis from diverse group of stakeholders from business and technology domains Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for responsible business domain/function(s). Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Collaborate closely with technology PM and guide and together guide the product/project teams supporting validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope. Guide the product/project teams that keep abreast with internal Digital & IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), Technology Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions, and services wherever applicable. Ensure services, solutions, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact. Support delivery against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible Domain / functions. Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing deploying new solutions and services. Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
