Job Title (Job Code): Traction Product Manager ( PB-PM-06 ) Purpose of the job -Owner of the development Strategy of the Traction, Aux & Energy Converters for the Product range in responsibility -Ensure that all Traction & Auxiliary & Energy Converters in responsibility are available for sale and delivery within agreed performance, technical risk and cost that continually support the required growth, profitability and quality objectives of the Company. -Define, manage and develop the Products Roadmap for the complete product range in responsibility. -The Product Manager is owner and has responsibility for cost ownership of the products in his segment -Lead and coordinate the activities involving the Teams on sites to support the product roadmap (R&D, Sustaining and Competitiveness), support and implementation of the procurement and Industrial strategy), competition and market survey, feedback from the operations and Projects. -Follow and ensure the performances - including competitiveness - of the product at all phases from the development phase to the project execution and service operations. -In pre-tendering phase, confirm the Product Solution in cooperation with the Traction Team, support the tender, and participate to the tender validation. -Main interface to the RS Platform for the Products in responsibility.
