The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. 1) Create Commercial Channel policy for CPC , PDA , BUSSMANN 3) Drive business through Commercial Channel policy level discount as comparison with competitors Bachelor's Degree with Master's degree is highly desirable Minimum of 15-20 years field sales experience of channel distribution across country Requires product application knowledge for switchgear (ACB's, MCCB's Control Products, LV Drives & Soft Starters, MCB's, BBT, Fuses), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.
