This is an exciting moment to join our company and be a part of something truly extraordinary.The given role will be designated as 'Analyst- Customer Relationship Management'Role Specifics - Day in the Life : - Customer Complaints : Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; following up to ensure resolution- Responses : Maintaining a fast response time and great quality over all modes of customer communication (email, chat, calls, WhatsApp, YouTube & more)- Resolving queries : Working cross functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed- Prompt communication : Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication- Planning & strategizing : Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience Must have skills : - Freshers with relevant internships/skills or minimum 6 months of experience ; should have good understanding for Blended process - Chat, Voice and Email- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer serviceGood to have skills :- Must be self-motivator and self-starter- Focus on quality and customer service- Exceptional listening and analytical skills- Solid time management skills- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company- Creative ability & writing proficiency- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environmentWhy Join Us : 1.
