Job Description:Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and training on API testing methodologies and tools.Define, develop, and implement comprehensive API testing strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with project goals.Identify, document, and prioritize defects during testing, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.Manage and optimize the use of QA and API testing tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, Postman, Swagger).Monitor and report API testing progress, defect trends, and quality metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis.Ensure compliance with API standards across REST, SOAP, and GraphQL architectures and validate data formats (JSON, XML).Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of APIs.Leverage SQL and database knowledge to design queries for validation and data integrity checks.
