Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Executive located in Sultanpur, New Delhi. As an Estimation Executive, you will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing quotes and tenders, and analyzing project requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely estimations and contribute to the overall success of projects. Additionally, you will communicate with clients and suppliers to gather information and negotiate pricing. You will play a key role in supporting the sales and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle. Pre-Sales: 1. Read plan joinery and specifications for Aluminium doors & windows projects. 2. Create quotations using Orga data software for projects involving the German brand SCHUECO. 3. Provide estimation amounts for the projects. After-Sales: 1. Review agreements and revise quotations if necessary. 2. Prepare final quotations for billing purposes. Production: 1. Translate final quotations into fabrication plans for production. 2. Generate Excel sheets, cutting lists, assembly lists, and cost estimates for production purposes. 3. Ensure fabrication is done according to the final sizes and typology specified in the quotation. 4. Coordinate with the production team to send all production details and material requirements for procurement. General Responsibilities: 1. Maintain accurate records of all quotations, agreements, and production details. 2. Ensure timely communication with relevant teams and stakeholders. 3. Continuously update and improve processes related to estimation, fabrication, and production coordination.
