- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both export and domestic markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the printing and packaging sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely delivery and client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
✔ Minimum [2] years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development
✔ Strong background in Offset Printing / Packaging Industry
✔ Proven experience handling both Export and Domestic markets
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Result-oriented with good analytical and planning skills
✔ Willingness to travel, if required
