Overview The Sales Team Leader is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This position plays a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining high standards of performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team Set sales targets and develop sales strategies Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching Ensure excellent customer service and handle complex customer inquiries Conduct sales meetings to review performance and provide feedback Develop and maintain relationships with key customers Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for the team Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities Analyze sales data and create reports and forecasts Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team Stay updated with industry trends and market changes Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members Perform regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations In-depth knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices Proactive and result-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Committed to professional development and continuous learning Skills: leadership,sales,team management,communication
