- Food Growth Strategy: Own the end-to-end growth funnel for Food Delivery, from driving Performance for Dormant and Repeat User growth while increasing order frequency and cross-category adoption.
- In-App Cross-Pollination: Leverage Swiggy's existing ecosystem to develop innovative strategies to encourage multi-vertical usage and customer retention.
- Hyperlocal Campaigns: Design and execute hyperlocal marketing strategies to drive adoption in high-potential geographies, focusing on geo-specific needs and behaviors.
- Experimentation and Scaling:
- Conduct A/B tests and pilot projects to identify what resonates with Food's user base.
- Scale successful experiments across geographies to create sustainable and scalable growth models.
- Performance Marketing: Strategize and execute performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic networks to drive high-quality traffic. Ensure efficiency through continuous optimization of ROAS, CPCs, and conversion rates.
- Analytics and Measurement:
- Use tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to measure campaign performance.
- Conduct lift studies and in-depth analyses to quantify the impact of campaigns and refine strategies.
- Creative Excellence: Partner with creative teams to develop ad assets that resonate with diverse user segments, reflecting Swiggy's value proposition and convenience.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations teams to align Performance marketing initiatives with Swiggy's broader business goals.
- Growth Mindset: A strong bias for action, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a relentless focus on driving results.
- Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in attribution tools like AppsFlyer and strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization.
- Hyperlocal and Category Knowledge: Experience in managing campaigns tailored to hyperlocal markets and understanding the nuances of rapid commerce or e-grocery.
- Experimentation and Data-Driven Thinking:
- Proficiency in designing A/B tests, geo-lift studies, and conversion-lift studies.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and scale successful experiments.
- Creative and Analytical Balance: Strong skills in both creative problem-solving and analytical decision-making.
- Experience:
- 3-4 years in growth or digital marketing roles, preferably with rapid commerce, consumer tech, or e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses through data-driven growth strategies.
