- Manage end‑to‑end bank statement activities including retrieval, validation, exception resolution, and timely posting.
- Investigate discrepancies by analyzing data across bank portals, TAS, ERP, and Business Unit systems.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of cash accounting and related entries.
- Handle Positive Pay exceptions by coordinating with banks and business units for timely resolution.
- Research and resolve fraud/forgery cases, including outreach to banks and supporting documentation.
- Perform detailed reconciliations for complex and co‑mingled accounts involving multiple business areas.
- Conduct research beyond BlackLine, including investigation through TAS, ERP, and bank systems.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to reduce recurring breaks and improve upstream data quality.
- Manage user access, controls, and functional administration in TAS and PASS.
- Support issue resolution, data validation, and enhancement requests.
- Support due‑diligence, reconciliation, reporting, and filings across 50 U.S. states.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline processes, including evaluating de‑co‑mingling options.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain Work Instruction Manuals, process flows, and documentation.

- Flexible to work in 3rd shift (6.30pm to 3.30am IST)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in bank accounting, reconciliations, cash management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate breaks across bank portals, TAS, ERP, and Business Unit systems.
- Hands‑on experience in bank accounting, reconciliations, exception handling, and cash processes in a multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of system and data flows from Business Unit transaction systems to Treasury Admin System and ERP.
- Experience with unclaimed property compliance requirements for multiple U.S. states.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders including Business Units, Auditors, IT partners, and external banks.
- Strong understanding of ERP, Treasury Admin System, PASS, reconciliation tools, and banking applications.
- Ability to collaborate closely with IT on system enhancements, defect resolution, file integrations, and process automation.
- Experience reviewing data issues, interface failures, and system exceptions, and partnering with IT to drive root‑cause resolution.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into operational and accounting impacts.
- Familiarity with access management, control design, workflow improvements, and system testing (UAT).
