Budget – 12 LPALocation – AiroliDepartment - OperationsAbout Businesslike/Function :PDG team is a liaison between OPS, IT and other teams for taking up all IT Developmental activities (regulatory/ non regulatory). The team is involved in understanding sessions with the relevant teams, document the requirement, capture test cases/ scenarios, conduct testing, follow up and ensure the live movement of the project. We also handle process improvement projects, analysis and innovative tools like robotic process automations.Position PurposeAs a Business Analyst, this role demands to co-ordinate with IT team for BAU /New activities Core role is to understand business requirement, prepare BRD, Test Cases, & assist project manager Lead for go live strategy. Act as SPOC between IT & BusinessResponsibilitiesDirect Responsibilities·Understanding business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions·End to end project management from initiation till completion·Mapping business requirements to Functional solutions and Prepare BRD document·Creating Functional specifications from which developers can create application solutions.·Prepare test Plan with scenarios and Test cases , detailing the test steps. Identify and gather data from various sources. Execute test cases and record result·Take ownership of product delivery timelines and milestones typical tasks involve analysis of business requirement requests, liaising with Development Team and Management to complete development, support of UAT·Analyze business problems and provide solutions·Participate with peers and represent the business on project teams·Should be able to communicate the business idea and thought process clearlyPerform Vendor assessmentContributing Responsibilities·Co-ordinating with vendor to for the issue raised in particular application/process·Co-ordinate with Legal and complaince team for vendor onboarding process·Handhold branches /shareshops for implementing new process/product·Responsible for MF system related bug solving, ensuring all MF related calculation are rightly displayed in frontend, handling change request, MF regulatory changes, support to the internal/external team for query resolutionTechnical & Behavioral Competencies·Worked in similar capacity to any BFSI segment (preferred capital market)·Working knowledge of the broking business with an emphasis on the project management skills·Strong communication and interpersonal skills·Effective Team Player·Ability to work under pressure·Analytical and logical thinking ability·Ability to work independently as well as in a team·Ability to do multi-tasking on the work assignedSpecific Qualifications (if required)· 2-3 or more years of work experience securities market preferred· Strong understanding of Stock Market Functions - Sales, Trading, Customer View, Reports, Back office, etc
