- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and traditional methods (e.g., job fairs, referrals).
- Review resumes and applications to screen candidates and determine their suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct in-person interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.
