This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role involves day-to-day front office activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient scheduling and communication with patients and staff.Qualifications and Skills
  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide excellent service to patients and visitors.
  • Scheduling (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in organizing and managing appointments to optimise patient and staff schedules.
  • Phone Etiquette (Mandatory skill): Skilled in handling phone communications with patience, clear articulation, and professionalism.
  • Appointment Coordination: Experience in coordinating and confirming patient appointments with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address any immediate issues or questions from patients or staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative teams to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for upon arrival at the hospital.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries, redirecting calls, and providing necessary information efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring time slots are utilized effectively while minimizing conflicts.
  • Maintain an accurate log of daily appointments and manage patient flow in coordination with medical staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining patient records, and processing documentation.
  • Uphold hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Assist in resolving any patient queries or issues promptly, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Support administrative and healthcare staff in fulfilling their duties and improving the patient experience.
