Responsibilities :
  • Attend requirement gathering workshops and act as the SPOC for implementation at KEC Asian Cables Ltd
  • Analyze and document as-is processes and conduct gap analysis
  • Prepare drafts on to-be processes, project plans and success metrics
  • Document project plans and establish SLA compliance by all parties
  • Lead status calls with vendors
  • Ensure correctness of data in reports and dashboards
  • Identify scope for process improvements with supporting data analysis
  • Design change management initiatives for popularization of initiatives
  • Documentation of SOPs
  • Support the annual Compensation Review Process
  • Contextualize the projects from RPG Enterprises to suit KEC Asian Cables's requirements
  • Any ad-hoc support required by the HR Team
Qualification : Any graduateTechnical:
  • SAP Success Factors - (Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, RCM)
  • Chatbots
  • PowerBI Dashboards
  • Recruitment and Onboarding Platforms
Functional:
  • Program Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Systems Testing & Documentation
  • Basic knowledge of Integration Mechanisms - APIs, SFTPs
  • Reporting and Presentation
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Complete understanding of employee lifecycle
