Company Description Homegrown Nursery and Farms, located in Kanayannur, Kerala, is a large plant production nursery that specializes in Southeast Asian fruit trees. Spread across 82 acres of fertile slopes on the banks of river Manimalayar in Vizhikkathode village in Kanjirappally, Homegrown Biotech was promoted three decades ago by a team of three enterprising planters, all hailing from the well-known Kondooparampil family based in Kanjirappally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Homegrown Nursery and Farms in Kanayannur. They will be responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing financial statements, and providing financial reports to management and stakeholders. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Experience in financial management, including accounts payable and receivable, financial analysis, and budgeting Excellent analytical and numerical skills Expert Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP systems and cloud-based accounting software is preferable - Microsoft Navision / Business Central Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years work experience in finance and accounting Industry-specific experience in agriculture or horticulture preferred Location: On-site at Kochi, Kerala Salary Band: 50,000 to 75,000 CTC
