We are looking for full-cycle recruiters at Allegis Global Solutions to be a part of a world-leading innovative tech company.What You'll Do:

Partner with non-technology hiring team to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans.
Own full-cycle recruitment for niche and leadership roles across all markets.
Source talent from various channels including coding communities and tech forums.
Conduct deep non-technical and functional screenings across modern technology skill stack.
Conduct deep assessment across these technical and functional skills.
Deliver market insights on compensation, talent trends, and competitor moves.
Track and optimize hiring metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline diversity.

Qualifications

4-10 years of non-technical and technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Fluency in engineering lingo and modern development practices.
Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques and ATS/CRM tools.
A data-driven mindset and a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships.
