Monitoringfieldsurveyandensuringtimelypreparationofplans/sections for leases. Ensuring use of Computerizedmine planning with the help of Software. Ensuring issue oftimelyonlineroyaltypassSynchronizationofdifferentequipment'sforproperbendabilityofdifferentgrades.Ensurecollection,preparationandanalysisofminesamplesandfeedback Compliance under statutoryrequirements EnsureDatamanagementforfilingofreturns/forms,selfassessment as per guidelines of GPCB, MoEF, IBMand CGM. Ensuring online & offline monthly and annualreturnsincompliancetoMCDR,MCR,GMMCRaresubmittedintime.SubmissionofSelf-Assessmentforlimestone mines on IBM Website for 5 Star rating. Ensuretheupdationofin-housecompliancemanagerEnsurecompliances to the conditions imposed in Environmentclearances, CCAs, Wild Life Clearance. Ensure periodicsurveys&monitoringofenvironmentparametersrelatedtopiezometers,airqualityincoordinationwith EnvironmentCell. Mining Lease and StatutoryPermissionsExplorationActivities Preparation of Mining Plans & Mining Scheme along withprogressive Mine Closure Plans for obtaining the approvalfrom concerned Govt. Authorities. Ensuring complianceswrtminingplan/schemeofmining&progressivemineclosureplans.EnsureMineplantation,reclamation& rehabilitation measures are carried out in accordance withapproved mining plans & approved scheme of mining.Ensure that statutory payments like Surface rent, deadrent,advanceroyalty,DistrictMineralFund(DMF),National Mineral Exploration Trust are made. Plans forConducting the Exploratory core drilling, logging and coresampling. Estimation of economic resources / reserves inaccordance with UNFC Norms. Technical & Economicalfeasibilityof the landfor takingthe decisionfor purchase. Liasoning Ensureperiodictechnicalstudieslikelanduse,landcover,StatusSurveyofwildlifeflora&faunaandCartoset imagery. Ensure that replies and responses aresubmittedtothequeriesraisedbytheGovt.Officersrelated to lease, forest matter or any RTI information issought. Timely submission of information / data as andwhenaskedbyagencieslikeMoEFCC,CGM,Dist.Geologist,PollutionControlBoardwithrespectto plantation,reclamation,paymentsmade. StatutorydutiesasGeologist(Rule55MCDR2017) Periodicupdatingofmineralsresources,optimalutilisation of coal in the mining leases. Prepare a schemeof prospecting and carry out the investigation operation asper the scheme Prepare the necessary geological maps,plans and sections which are required to delineate the orebody Carry out petrological and mineralogical studies ofhost rock and mineralised zones Calculate coal reservesand its grade Responsible for providing all the necessaryinformation required for controlling the quality or grade ofthe coal produced Maintain records of the prospectingoperations. Work out the appropriate method of samplingand ensure preparation of samples accordingly maintainan assay plan in cases of underground workings Updatethe reserve figures, grade-wise and category-wise at theend of every year in case of a working mine identify theassociatedcoalandmaintainrecordsofthestacksofnon-salableor subgradecoalproduced FocusonSHE(Safety,Health&Environment) along withSustainabilityinitiatives 1.Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards andall applicable recommendations related to section 2. Ensure that there is no waste of power in section, noleakage of water, oil, air etc and time to time auditing andrechecking such areas for timely action 8. Ensure goodhealth of self and team and creating awareness amongteam about sustainability initiatives of unit, business andgroup. 9.Comply RCN/BCN recomandation. 10. ComplyPHA recomandation. 11.Prepare MOC before any designchange.12.Noanyashleakages.13.DepartmentlyMeetingfor sharetake necessaryprecautionof RCN/BCN System Management:- (Implementing&monitoringeffectiveexecutionofIMS and other systems in the Sectionforoverallimprovementstowardsproductivityandcreatingsafeworkculture) 1. To plan & execute timely ABOEF process activities inrespective Section like 5S, BCE, hygiene, Model area,illumination,goodmaintenancepractices,visual&Lubricationmanagement,QCDIPSHEperformance,Kaizen,OPL,improvementprojectsetcforinternalcustomer satisfaction. 2. Review procedure requirements&recommendamendmentsforcontinuousimprovement. 3.ActivelytakingleadinmeetingsforimplementationgoodpracticesinimprovingassociatedKFAandGRTperformanceandcarryoutinternalauditstoensureeffective implementation of systems 4. To inculcate teamfor reducing repetitive nature problem, training other ontacit knowledge, adapting new technology, bring kaizen &improvement projects, adherence & develop preservationSOP's. 5. Ensure proper implementation of IMS standardsbytimelyupdationofdocuments&control,reviewingstandardsrequirements,takingcorrective&preventiveactionagainstfindingsinternalandexternalaudit/assessmentsfindingfortimelyclosurefor100%compliance.6.DevelopAreaownershipculture.7.CLIT for everyequipment.8.DispalycriticalworkSOP at site.
