Responsibilities Lead, inspire, develop, and manage a team that is responsible for providing the full range of legal support services (e.g., deals, advisory, regulatory, and contentious matters) at the regional, local, and industry levels. Provide advice and counsel on a wide range of legal, business, corporate strategy, and governance issues to key internal stakeholders across a diverse set of products. Work with many different key constituencies and functions including public policy, product lawyers, compliance, and others to jointly deliver the outcomes. Manage company positioning on key interests and issues, working in partnership with leadership and key stakeholder groups.
