  • Creative analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Provide RCAs for critical & recurring incidents.

4Preferred Skills/Knowledge * Prepare SOPs, Gather Asset information and create architecture diagram.
  • Prepare operational Manuals. DB Admin L2 will provide Subject Matter Expertise for DB administrators, resolve complex issues and guide and coach L2 Engineers.
  • Provide recommendation for service improvement.
5Desired Certifications * Any Associate level Cloud certifications from the proposed CSP is mandatory.
  • Kafka Certification.
