This programme will provide AZ with a competitive edge, to the benefit of our employees, customers and patients.The Enterprise Process Expert – Global Manufacture - MES will be responsible for supporting the Development and Delivery of a set of Business Processes and ‘Operating Technologies’ associated with the Internal Manufacturing Capability within the Operations Supply Network.The Enterprise Process Expert roles are aligned to specific Manufacturing Technologies, the scope of this opportunity is associated with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).What you’ll do
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of standard GMBR (Generic Master Batch Record) templates as per defined guidelines.
  • Ensure Axial global template design principles are integrated into the standards ensuring synergy between the MES and Axial ways of working to drive productivity
  • Receive and interpret demand from MES sites while challenging the need for the update against global template design
  • Conduct proper validation of new templates or updates to existing templates.
  • Coordinate GMBR updates with the release schedule to ensure they are prepared for timely distribution to sites.
Essential for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or equivalent)
  • Overall 7+ years of significant experience in manufacturing business processes utilizing an MES system
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and/or support adoption of Globally harmonised business processes
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve objectives
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into Business language
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
