We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Innovation and Automation Application Development Lead AnalystPosition Overview:The Innovation and Automation team partners with business and IT stakeholders throughout the enterprise to design, build, and deploy custom Automation and Analytic solutions. This role will partner with business operations stakeholders, and requires a candidate with a learning mindset, a strong background in data analytics, and an aptitude for translating business needs into technical requirements. In this role you will be responsible to learn and understand the business, become a SME on the data, and build cutting-edge, innovative analytics that provide actionable insights on known value streams while discovering opportunities for further analysis.Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business partners to understand analytic and data gaps and facilitate working sessions to design and prototype data integration solutions and automation
Translate business needs into technical requirements, and translate technical results into meaningful, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders
Design, develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data from different relational databases.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including data architect, business analysts to understand integration requirements and ensure data integrity
Participate in the design and implementation of database structures, schemas and data models to facilitate efficient data storage and retrieval.
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target database
implement data quality checks and validation procedures to identify and address data inconsistencies.
Pioneer new technologies and methodologies for automation and data analysis
Take ownership of relationships, projects, and goals

Required Experience / Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as SQL developer or similar roles
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems
Solid understanding of database design principles, indexing strategies and query optimization techniques
API Programming experience to retrieve data from various sources.
Communicating with and influencing various teams and distilling relevant technical information for the audience
Data visualization using any visualization tool ortechnology
Connecting the dots between long- and short-term business objectives, and driving business value via automation and analytics

Desired Experience / Qualifications:

Experience in Healthcare domain
Data analysis experience using Python is good to have
Experience with Selenium web scrapping is plus
Knowledge about Service Now is good to have
