- Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for watches or jewellery to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and explain features, materials, and price points of luxury products (e.g., diamond quality, watch movements) to customers.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure displays are clean, well-organized, and secure (merchandising).
- Operations & POS: Process cash and card transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build rapport to encourage repeat business and manage client inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, with a focus on luxury selling.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience: While experienced candidates are preferred, many showrooms accept freshers.
