The role is for an opening in a service delivered by BNP Paribas to clients, based on DaaS (Data as a Service). This allows BNP Paribas to solve some of the data challenges our clients have by providing an enriched view of their investments. This involves taking feeds from external data administrators and custodians and supplementing these with interfaces allowing proxies, look through, supplementary market data and application of business rules and controls. This ultimately gives clients their investment data in the format and with the detail they need to effectively support their investment process and decisions. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Propose a migration strategy in collaboration with the migration team. Adapt and update frequently the strategy of client migration according to the events. Manage the arbitration with stakeholders. Manage interactions with the client notably in parallel run phasis with client facing. Update the migration roadmap reviewing the priorisation of clients depending on strategy, and product evolution (existing service, new service) Follow the roadmap of specificities of the client with the objective to reduce them for the benefit of standardisation Release planning following in order to respect delivery planning. Review regularly the strategy of migration standard offer/ specific offer and manage the consequences with the stakeholders; validate the strategy with them before deploying it. Drive and organise the meeting taking into account support and minutes Pilot of documentation presented to the client Dedicated to update on the migration transversally to different meeting (steerco, control committee..) Manage the communication with external department concerning the update of the roadmap Engage with stakeholders (local ops team) the appropriated organisation Participate to the meeting with client if necessary to represent the project. Define the appropriated tool to manage the migration Manage the communication on external department concerning the specific product (defined by TPO) to migrate and present the analysis of gaps between old and new production in term of functionality, in term of process, in term of costs. Contributing Responsibilities Back log review and demo selectivity Organise the demo with FFMA client. Follow up of the development delivery of products and solutions specifics by clients.
