- Act as the primary technical and product point of contact in deals, handling queries from business, risk, product, technology, InfoSec, and operations stakeholders on the customer side.
- Support commercial negotiations with solution-level clarification, effort estimates, and rollout plans, ensuring feasibility and success metrics are clearly defined.Implementation Handover & Feedback Loop
- Document agreed architectures, configurations, and success KPIs, and ensure smooth handover to Delivery / Customer Success teams after deal closure.
- Continuously channel client and market feedback into Product and Engineering to influence roadmap for risk models, decisioning, and embedded credit capabilities.People ManagementBuilding integrated pre-sales organization, which can effectively collaborate with regional sales heads, account managers and inside sales reps/SDRs and fostering a high-performance culture.Coach and mentor pre-sales teamWhat we’re looking for:
- 8-15 years experience, with minimum 5 years of hands-on pre-sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical detail into simple, outcome-focused narratives for CXO, business, and tech stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and solutioning mindset with exposure to digital lending, LOS/LMS, bureau data, and embedded finance models.
- Exposure of international markets like MENA, Africa and APAC
- Ability to run discovery workshops, design solution architectures, and drive PoCs under tight timelines while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Team/people management skills, ability to coach team while being flexible to operate as individual contributor during initial phase of scaling up the team.
