- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for various roles.
- Capability in candidate screening to ensure the selection of candidates that align with the organizational values and requirements.
- Effective negotiation skills to facilitate employment offers and close candidate agreements.
- Experience in managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
- Familiarity with bulk hiring and ability to manage large volumes of recruitment drives efficiently.
- Exposure to campus recruitment strategies to attract fresh talent from educational institutions.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the recruitment needs of Podar Education Network.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to shortlist potential fits for various positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding of candidates.
- Engage in bulk hiring processes to ensure fulfillment of urgent manpower requirements efficiently.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to tap into fresh graduates and emerging talents.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and pipelines for current and future needs.
- Coordinate with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the company culture.
