The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective software solutions that support business operations.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso (Software).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple software systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Additional Information:
