Ensure accurate trade capture in OMS/EMS systems for all executed trades
Monitor trade allocations and confirm accuracy with portfolio managers and traders
Manage trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with brokers and counterparties
Oversee settlement processes across multiple asset classes
Reconciliation & Controls
Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with prime brokers and custodians
Investigate and resolve breaks in a timely manner
Support NAV validation and P&L verification processes
Maintain strong internal controls to minimize operational risk
Prime Broker & Counterparty Management
Act as primary point of contact for prime brokers and custodians
Coordinate account openings and documentation
Manage corporate actions, dividends, and interest processing
Monitor margin and collateral requirements
Reporting & Regulatory Support
Assist in regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD, EMIR, etc.)
Support audit requests and investor reporting
Maintain accurate records of trade documentation
Process Improvement
Identify and implement operational efficiencies
Support system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
