Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit budgetary and firm RFQs from customers and ensure timely submission of quotations.
  • Identify new projects and continuously expand customer base.
  • Conduct cold calls and field visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver annual and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals including:
  • Product selection
  • Costing & pricing
  • Commercial terms
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments for timely and error-free quotation submissions.
  • Maintain regular and meaningful customer visits (India & overseas).
  • Conduct technical discussions and lead negotiations independently.
  • Proactively track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Take additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Essential Experience:
  • Minimum 12+ years in Industrial Sales.
  • At least 6 years of:
  • Cold calling
  • Field sales
  • Technical discussions
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Overseas direct sales experience (field visits & negotiation) Preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving assigned sales targets.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
  • Experience in technical/solution selling.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership ability.
  • Strategic thinking and opportunity scanning capability.
  • DISC Profiling / Thomas Profiling exposure Preferred.
Software Proficiency:
  • SAP
  • MS Office
  • CAD (Preferred but not mandatory)
