Conduct daily First Piece Approval (FPA) and routine in-process inspection of raw materials and finished products.Prepare and maintain daily MIS (Management Information System) reports for the assigned area.Ensure timely documentation and clearance for production approvals in coordination with the production and QA teams.Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with internal standards and SOPs.Assist in root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions for quality-related issues.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution.Support internal audits and documentation reviews as required.Skills & Competencies:Sound knowledge of basic mechanical and manufacturing concepts.Familiarity with plastic components and processes is an advantage.Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry for reporting.Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work in shifts
