Job Description:1. Design, develop, and maintain websites for our clients, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
2. Collaborate with clients and project managers to gather and define website requirements.
3. Develop site architecture and determine the necessary hardware and software required to support it.
4. Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create website components and features.
5. Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, and video into website designs.
6. Conduct testing of website functionality and troubleshoot any issues or bugs encountered.
7. Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to enhance website development processes.
9. Ensure websites are responsive and compatible with various devices and browsers.
10. Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and content creators, to ensure cohesive website design and functionality.
11. Maintain and update existing websites as needed, implementing enhancements and improvements as required.Job Expectations:Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and techniques.
Strong understanding of web development best practices, including SEO and accessibility standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of graphic design software and tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Django, Ruby on Rails, or Laravel.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of web security principles and techniques.
