Job Overview We are hiring a Gold Loan Manager for one of the leading NBFC in Cochin. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate should have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in the field of gold loans. The primary responsibility of the Gold Loan Manager is to manage and oversee the gold loan portfolio of the company. Qualifications And Skills Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in gold loans or similar role Strong knowledge of gold loan products, services, and processes Understanding of general insurance, life insurance, home equity loans, business loans, and car loans Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in loan assessments Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proficient in using loan management software and MS Office Roles And Responsibilities Manage and oversee the gold loan portfolio of the company Evaluate loan applications and determine the eligibility criteria Conduct thorough analysis of customer financials and credit history Assess the value of gold collateral and calculate loan amounts Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and customer information Monitor loan repayments and follow up with delinquent customers Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions Stay updated with industry trends and changes in gold loan market Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth
