With over 12 years of experience in the field, we are the technology and recruitment partners for various Government agencies and leading MNCs.The RoleThe IT Service Desk is a centralized staff responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, including diagnosis and resolution of IT issues, as well as guaranteeing the seamless operation of their computer systems and IT services. Up to 90 worldwide Clients from various regions are supported. By a global Service Desk workforce of 15,000 people. The IT Service Desk landscape has changed. Significant changes have occurred as a result of technical breakthroughs.Many people nowadays AI Chat Bots are used by businesses to automate and streamline their support processes. AI Conversation Bots employ natural language processing to respond to frequent user requests in real time. handle simple tasks, lowering the stress on human analysts. Automation of Robotic Processes (RPA) is also gaining popularity, allowing repetitive and rule-based operations to be automated and thereby saving up time.the analysts' time.Job Location: PAN IndiaShift: Any ShiftEligibility Criteria:Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and enquiries, log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime, collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution and to maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving

Ideal ProfileSkills Required:
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking and should have fair analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills handling internal and externals customers.
  • An associate should be open to work in 24/7 shifts, any location, and should have an assertive frame of mind while executing the day-to-day tasks.
  • 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 batch of any 3-year Graduation program (UG full time degree)/ BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/MCA/MS/M.SC any domain
  • Candidates having 50 % in X, XII, Diploma or UG
  • No standing arrears in the current education
  • Not more than 36 months of a gap in education
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India, work in any shift/domain
