To be abreast with competition practices
Regular visit of branches in the circle.
Managing Agencies and driving collection performance.
Ensure that 100% Compliance is met by agencies.
Reviewing the Agency performance and coordinating with Agency field executives to drive collections.
Field visits on high value and difficult cases.
