You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
● Extensive product knowledge for all ITOM products, including ServiceNow Discovery,
ServiceNow Integration Hub ETL and Service Graph Connectors, Cloud provisioning
and governance, Service Mapping, Monitoring, Event Management, and any related
tools.
● Exhibiting senior level communications and senior leader engagement experience,
negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate with impact and confidence;
● Helping to execute on PwC strategies; including driving service maturity efforts
promoting value, stakeholder management, driving adoption and onboarding,
implementing service and process enhancements;
● Supporting stakeholders and customers through product releases and platform
upgrades;
● Developing and sustaining effective business relationships at all levels of the firm and
across territories; coordinating and collaborating with a diverse global team to achieve
outcomes;
● Aligning with product support including knowledge sharing and maturation of product
support model;
● Collaborating with external partners, third party suppliers, and internal teams as needed
to properly develop and maintain owned product(s);
● Driving alignment to established technology standards, practices and processes;
● Driving continuous improvement and identifying best practices methodologies by
conducting business performance analysis against targeted function measures;
● Exhibiting experience with ServiceNow Platform Implementation.
● Resolving conflicts constructively;
● Using analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve service performance, customer
