Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at SEPLe located in Kolkata. The specialist will be responsible for providing support to the HR department through various administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and file maintenance. They will also assist with resolving employee relations issues, coordinating events, and communicating with employees regarding company policies. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with employee relations and customer service Excellent organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
