Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Purchasing ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesYou will be working as Fulfillment Engineer, reporting to SCM Manager Motors division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to handle sale and operation planning of a defined product range from outsource suppliers. Ensures the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the business(es). Executes assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures.The work model for the role is: OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors Division in Vadodara Gujarat.Your responsibilities:

Executes purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.
Designs and implements plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to reach business targets.
Supports the Procurement Manager in implementing effective local sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to meet current and future business requirements.
Supports alignment between local procurement activities and division strategy.
Applies and implements procurement standards, tools, and processes in their own area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.

Your Qualifications:

BE/BTECH in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed engineering college.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in Fulfillment and procurement.
Experience in rotating electrical machines or HT Motors will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
