  • Managing the Maintenance of IA Machines and assembly lines by keeping the uptime of all machines to the maximum through
new technology implementation of Zero Breakdown Strategy for all critical machines and analyzation of Root cause.
  • Responsible to ensure maximum uptime on the Assembly lines, test system, painting line and Facility Equipment's by
ensuring systematical implementation of best maintenance practices.
  • MTTR and MTBF Target vs Actual, Machine availability
  • Production, Process engineering, Quality, Purchases and SQA
Your profile as Maintenance and CIP engineer
  • Education & Qualifications: BE / B. Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with experience in Maintenance, Service Industry.
  • Years of relevant experience: 10 to 12 Years of Experience.
  • Functional/Technical competences
Knowledge in Read, analyze and diagnose Electrical circuits and PLC
Knowledge on test systems and related machines elements
Knowledge on Siemens, Alstom Drive & controller's configuration & settings
Knowledge on Kistler load cells and Electrical press machines
Knowledge on assembly line equipment, torque tools, simple automations
Knowledge on Automated, manual warehouse and conveyor systems
Knowledge on Hydraulic, Pneumatics and Power Distribution systems
Knowledge on software's like Simatic manager, Scada, LabVIEW etc.
