Process Evaluation & FIORI Mapping
Analyze existing custom SAP menus (standard and Z-programs).
Assess feasibility of replacing legacy transactions/menus with SAP FIORI apps.
Provide recommendations for FIORI-based enablement and simplification.
Workshop Facilitation & Requirements Gathering
Plan and conduct process analysis and implementation workshops with business departments.
Document functional and technical requirements for S/4HANA transition.
Customization & Configuration (Logistics Invoice Verification/MM)
Configure and support MM functionalities including Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).
Customize SAP S/4HANA for invoice processing, GR/IR clearing, consignment settlements, and account assignment checks.
Manage business workflows and determine approvers (e.g., based on PO ranges).
Custom Development Support
Provide functional specifications for custom ABAP developments.
Support development/testing of Z-transactions (e.g., ZM16, ZM41, ZM40, ZFI_GRC).
Coordinate with ABAP team for enhancements, debugging, and testing.
Solution Design in S/4HANA
Develop and propose optimized business processes using S/4HANA capabilities.
Identify simplification opportunities and design new processes using S/4 features.
Transition Support
Assist in migrating current invoice workflows and custom programs to S/4HANA.
Support reconciliation and validation during cutover and hyper care phases.
