• Competence in handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure continuous technical support and customer satisfaction.
• Experience and understanding of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) to support diverse analytical requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and solve client issues promptly.
• Fluency in Tamil, including both spoken and written, for effective communication with local clients.

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of analytical instruments to ensure they function optimally.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the usage and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Perform routine service audits and troubleshooting to ensure analytical instruments meet operational standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to schedule and execute maintenance activities and manage service records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed service reports and documentation for completed and scheduled services.
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in service delivery and technical support processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and technologies to continuously enhance service quality.
