3+ years of experience in full stack development with Java and React.js.
Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot (2.x & 3.x migration experience preferred), Microservices architecture.
Proven experience in React.js, Redux, Redux-Saga, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI.
Strong proficiency with REST APIs, AJAX, and asynchronous programming.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, Node.js, NPM.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Mocha, Jest).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
