This includes creating master production schedules (MPS), material requirements planning (MRP), and capacity planning.Resource Management:Efficiently allocate resources like manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production targets. This involves optimizing workflows, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring timely availability of necessary resources.Team Leadership & Coordination:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team, including engineers, supervisors, and machine operators. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team competency and adherence to safety and quality standards.Quality Control:Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all machinery produced meets established technical and quality standards. Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address production issues and resolve quality complaints.Process Improvement:Identify and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs, such as lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Cost Management:Monitor production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.Reporting & Communication:Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports for upper management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying potential issues or areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with all relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.Safety & Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, BIS) throughout the production process.Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or a related role.
Proven experience in resource allocation, workforce management, and production scheduling.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
