β—‹ Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow Arcedior’s presence in the hospitality
industry by identifying key segments, setting goals, and driving action plans.
2. Client Acquisition & Management:
β—‹ Identify, approach, and acquire new clients from the hospitality sector, including hotels,
resorts, and serviced apartments.
β—‹ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and interior designers to ensure
repeat business.
3. Market Research & Networking:
β—‹ Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business
opportunities.
β—‹ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand
visibility.
4. Project Coordination:
β—‹ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project
execution that meets client expectations.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
β—‹ Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and identify
improvement areas.
6. Team Collaboration:
β—‹ Collaborate with marketing, design, and sourcing teams to create impactful client
presentations and proposals.Requirements:● Strong understanding of design aesthetics and spatial planning.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Experience working with high-value clients and luxury brands.
● Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and vendors.
● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
● Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
