Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues Total Experience: 9 6 years in IT SAP domain Should have experience of more than 4 years in large FICO project of similar nature with minimum 3 5 implementation project Understanding of accounting business processes Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others CA/ICWA/Commerce Graduate. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.
