Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer at The Newsage. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing articles, proofreading, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the content. The Content Writer will also collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for news stories. Qualifications Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Research Experience in developing Content Strategies and conducting thorough Research Excellent Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and clarity Passion for journalism and current news topics Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field Experience in the news industry or similar role is a plus Proficiency in multimedia content creation, such as video and infographics, is a plus
