Job Description:Managing resources (contractors, supervisors & materials)- Co-ordination with contractor to ensure quality work is done in timely manner- Tracking project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays or issues- Ensuring the project adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, & quality requirements- Effective communication between different project teams, stakeholders, and contractor- Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to management- Maintaining accurate records of project plans, schedules, and progress- Monitoring project expenditures throughout the construction phase to identify and address potential overspending- Identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or functionality- Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, client bills, and subcontractor/vendor bills as per contract terms.- Verify quantities from drawings and site execution (measurement sheets, bar bending schedules, etc.).- Reconcile client and subcontractor quantities and handle variations/deviation claims.- Identifying potential risks associated with the project, such as cost overruns, delays, and contractual issuesSkills Required - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel- Prior Experience in real estate - Residential building project - Mandatory- Good communication skills- Good understanding of construction contracts, rate analysis, and project budgeting- Quantity Surveying experience, if any, is an added advantage
