- Create appropriate builder development plans by identifying potential developers and the decision makers within the client's organization and set up meetings accordingly.
- Build relationships with their required team by calling and meeting as appropriate within the respective market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and leverage network.
- Collaborate with the sales/CRM team to develop proposals that will anticipate the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Timely Present/ update new products and schemes and enhance existing relationships.
- Lead Management from the client specified team and populating the same in our internal systems
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with internal stake holders for allocating the leads and delegating the task to the appropriate team members.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators so as to maximize sales
- Maintaining the proper MIS on daily basis and consolidating the same on Month end for some analytical inputs
