Job Summary: As a Senior Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance transformation journey. With your deep expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion applications, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems that support our global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our finance technology stack aligns with business objectives, driving efficiency and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle financial modules implementations, upgrades, and enhancements by defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting. Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications and system design plans. Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful deployment of system changes. Provide ongoing support and training to users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Oracle financial systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes and leverage new Oracle features and technologies. Manage relationships with Oracle and other vendors to ensure the company's financial systems are supported and aligned with industry best practices. Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Fusion Finance modules with a proven track record of successful implementations. Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Oracle Certification in EBS and/or Fusion Finance modules is preferred.
