- Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute India sales strategy aligned with global business goals
- Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Identify growth opportunities in Industrial water & wastewater, PS and other focus segments.
- Team Leadership & Organization Building
- Lead, mentor, and scale national sales team
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
- Build high-performance, technically strong sales culture
- Provides day-to-day operational leadership to staff including but not limited to selection, training, coaching, mentoring, disciplining, performance management, conflict resolution and review of project deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with the global team members regarding global sales activities and accurately communicates business demands and requirements to facilitate the understanding within the organization.

- Align India strategy with global roadmap
- Maximizes monthly sales revenue by understanding customer requirements and critical delivery dates and allocating sales orders to optimize monthly build-plans.
- Communicates the sales forecasts to Planning to ensure all sales orders are entered in the organizational Enterprise Software, e.g., JD Edwards. Connects with planning to prioritize customer orders in the build-plan to maximize monthly sales revenue.
- Facilitates internal efforts in managing projects from the initial proposal phase through order placement and shipment.
- Champions and partners with manufacturing, product development, application technology, material management and finance to ensure full compliance with project contract requirements, prompt deliveries and timely payment.
- Directs customer service department and establishes policy guidelines for the receipt, booking and processing of customer orders.
- Analyzes order processing system and develops recommendations to improve methodologies and procedures.

- Regional Account Executives – IINTL
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; and 15 years' directly related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Science or Engineering, a plus.
