This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for content strategy, creation, and distribution across our website, blog, social media, and marketing channels.If you enjoy translating complex financial infrastructure into compelling narratives and building a content flywheel that drives visibility and engagement, this role is for you.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for strategising, creating, and distributing content across Finmo's core channels, including website, blog, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.our goal is to build a content flywheel that drives:Brand authority in treasury and financial infrastructureAI and search visibility across modern discovery enginesAudience engagement and thought leadershipCommunity engagement with finance leaders and operatorsDemand generation and pipeline growthThis role combines editorial leadership, AI-driven content strategy, social distribution, and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & FlywheelDevelop and own Finmo's global content strategy across all marketing channels.Build a content flywheel that transforms product insights, customer stories, and industry trends into multi-channel content.Identify high-impact topics aligned with Finmo's audience including CFOs, finance leaders, and founders.Website & AI VisibilityOwn Finmo's website content strategy including landing pages, product pages, and educational resources.Create content designed to improve AI visibility across answer engines and generative search platforms (AEO/GEO).Ensure Finmo's content ranks and is referenced across modern discovery channels.Blog & Educational ContentDevelop and manage Finmo's blog and long-form content strategy.Publish educational content around treasury operations, global payments, liquidity management, and financial infrastructure.Social Media & DistributionBuild and manage Finmo's social media content presence, particularly on LinkedIn, YoutubeCreate content that educates finance leaders, drives engagement, and expands Finmo's reach.Turn insights, product updates, and thought leadership into compelling social narratives.Expand finmo's presence on X, Reddit, G2, and other social networks.Thought LeadershipWork with leadership to develop executive thought leadership content, including opinion pieces, insight articles, and industry commentary.Position Finmo as a credible voice in fintech and financial infrastructure.Community ManagementBuild and nurture a community of finance leaders, operators, and founders around Finmo's insights.Drive engagement through conversations, comments, and participation in relevant finance and fintech communities.Encourage discussion and sharing of insights to strengthen Finmo's brand presence within the ecosystem.Marketing CollateralCreate high-quality marketing collateral including one-pagers, guides, explainers, and sales enablement assets.Work closely with product marketing to ensure messaging consistency across marketing and sales materials.Event Content SupportSupport the marketing team with event-related content, including event promotions, speaker announcements, pre-event and post-event content, and thought leadership tied to industry events.Help maximise the value of events by turning discussions, insights, and panels into distributed content.AI-Enabled Content ProductionUse AI tools to improve content research, ideation, and repurposing.Build systems to transform one core insight into multiple content formats across channels.Qualifications10-12 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology.Strong ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into compelling content.Experience managing content across website, blogs, social media, CRM emails, and newsletters.Deep understanding of SEO, content distribution, and audience growth.Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and repurposing.Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment.Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial skills.
